Owned and operated by Mr. John R. Berry, PE, PLS, Rockhill provides professional land planning, surveying and civil engineering consulting services. Born and raised in Salt Lake, “Jack” has broad local knowledge with over 30 years of professional experience along the Wasatch Front and across Utah.

Formerly with Stantec Consulting for over 20 years, Jack managed the design, plan set production, and personnel for projects as both a Professional Engineer and Land Surveyor, resulting in professional consulting fees approaching $10M. Jack has wide experience, from initial planning and project management, to execution of detailed scopes-of-work. Jack managed the survey department for Stantec for five years with up to seven survey crews.

Currently, Rockhill is providing professional consulting services for a major semi-conductor manufacturer that provides flash memory products globally, located in Lehi, Utah. Jack has provided consulting services for the Lehi manufacturing facility for over 14 years.
